SALES CONDITIONS
QUOTATION: Labor and material prices are based on the quantity released for production and/or shipment at one time. This quotation void 60 days after date. Stenographical and clerical errors are subject to correction. All agreements made contingent upon strikes, fires, accidents or causes beyond our control.
Quotation based on buyer accepting 10% over-run or under-run of quantities
ordered.
DELIVERIES: Every effort will be made to fill orders within the time
promised. We do not assume responsibility for any damages growing out of or
owing to any delays in delivery. Unless specifically stated to the contrary,
orders are accepted for delivery as fast as manufactured by partial shipment
packed in bulk.
SAMPLES: If pre-production samples are requested, an additional sample
charge will be made.
BURRS: If WE decide that the parts require de-burring, the
rotary tumbling process will be used. Parts will be cleaned ONLY when
practical for US to do so.
MATERIAL: Analysis Reports and Certifications of Compliance on
material will not be furnished unless requested by customer at the time order is
released. The material price includes cost of shearing. If material is furnished
by you, a small charge will be made is shearing is necessary. The material used
will be of commercial tolerance on thickness unless otherwise specified by us.
Thickness, temper, direction of grain and kind of material must be shown on each
print. Material prices subject to change at time of material delivery.
TOLERANCES: Tolerances shown on print will be maintained unless
otherwise specified by us.
EXCEPTIONS: Parts are quoted complete to print, except as shown under
heading “BLUE PRINT EXCEPTIONS”.
TERMS: Open account to those having satisfactory Dun-Bradstreet rating
or those who furnish satisfactory references; to all others, cash in full with
order. F.O.B.: OUR PLANT. TERMS: - NET 30 DAYS.
TOOLS: Tools are owned and maintained by The Short Run Stamping
Company, Inc. for your exclusive use.
LIABILITY: Our liability is limited to the value of the stampings only
which are supplied to the Customer issuing the purchase order.
